Aureus Home Care provide a bridge for individuals who need medical assistance, yet do not need the more comprehensive care of a hospital. As an alternative, home health services provide a degree of assistance that enables people to live independently in home settings.

These services may be appropriate for people recovering from illness, injury or surgery, after being discharged from the hospital; and for individuals with chronic or terminal disease. Home health services may be delivered wherever the patient resides, either on a short-term or long-term basis. This might be the patient's private residence (house, apartment, condominium, etc.), a group facility such as assisted living, nursing home or intermediate care facility, or the home of another family member.

Our professionals are well trained, highly experienced & have to undergo background checks before hire. Services are administered by healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering support needed by patients and their families or caregivers. All staff are registered, licensed and/or certified.
